Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s).
Client assures that no illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages will be consumed in our vehicle(s).
Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
Client holds Lenroc, Inc. and our affiliates harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party.
Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her Party during service, either willfully or accidentally.
Client also agrees & authorizes Lenroc, Inc. or its affiliates to charge same credit card used for securing or payment of reservation; for any damages caused by Client or their guest to vehicle or its contents. (Minimum fee for cleaning any body fluids & Sanitizing interior of vehicle $250.00)
Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges beyond the original agreement.

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund We requires that reservation for sedan transfers be cancelled by calling our office at (954) 237-6602, toll free (888) 631-7120 a minimum of (2) days, 48 hours prior to the scheduled date & time of pick up.

Round trip reservations require separate cancellation notices.

All charters and reservations for Specialty vehicles such as SUV, Stretch Limousines, Buses, Hummers etc; Requires fourteen (14) days advance notice and when cancelled in a timely manner will incur a 15% Administration fee. If you fail to cancel by phone within the above cancellation periods you will be charged in full for the reservation. (Note: Confirmations of Cancellations are available from us by email or fax upon your request.)

CHANGE ORDERS: We requires that all change requests be received by phone (954) 237-6602, toll free (888) 631-7120 a minimum of two (2) days prior to scheduled pick-up date and time for sedan transfers and seven (7) days for all other reservations; changes are subject to availability. If a reservation change request cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation you will be charged for the reservation in full; if, the cancellation is not received within the prescribed cancellation periods listed above.

We make every effort to accommodate our customers arriving on delayed flights; however if your delayed arrival conflict with another on-time scheduled appointments and results in a cancellation the above cancellation conditions applies. PLEASE PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO YOUR RETURN (IN BOUND TRIP DATE); ESPECIALLY TRIPS ORIGINATING FROM TIME ZONES OTHER THAN FLORIDA’S.

PAYMENTS: After you receive our confirmations please logon to the Secure Online Payment Page of our web site and process your payment. If that is not done we will charge your credit card 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Payments in cash are due at the start of our service.

DEPOSITS: Deposits that are required at the time of making your reservations are charged immediately after you complete your reservations arrangement and are strictly non-refundable; even if you cancel your reservation within the prescribed time period. Furthermore should you fail to cancel within the prescribed time period as stated above the balance in full will be owed and shall become due.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: The following fees will be added to the Basic Rate when applicable: Early/Late Fee for transfer that start or end between the hours of 12:00 Midnight - 5:00 AM, Parking, Tolls, Gratuity 20%, Airport Fees, Seaport Fee, S. T. C., Cell Phone use, Stops & waiting time during Transfers.

LUGGAGE: Luggage should be able to fit into the luggage area of vehicle and be in conformance with airline weight limitations: Additional charge will apply for over weight or excessive luggage.

AGREEMENT & LIABILITY: If we fail to provide the service you requested due to conditions beyond our control, including accidents, weather, and other acts of god, we will use our best efforts to notify you the customer; of these conditions and any resulting delays or changes. In case the rented vehicle becomes unavailable for whatever reason, our liability is limited to refund of the amount already paid; in the same manner it was received.
